The 64 community leaders representing the Leadership Quest Class of 2012 bring a wealth of experience, passion and know-how to the program as they begin the shift from effective community members to servant leaders who are focused on creating sustainable change across the region. Using servant leadership principles and a focus on community engagement as its base, Leadership Quest uses a dynamic mix of intense retreats, experiential components, and community action immersion projects.
