Leadership Metro Richmond is a 27-year old leadership development and community service program that seeks to harness the shared passion of emerging and established leaders to serve the community.

Leadership Quest - Flagship Program
LMR’s leadership development and community action program. A diverse class of approximately 60 participants takes part in the nine-month program, led by LMR graduates. Class of 2009 applications now being accepted!
LMR sponsors regular program throughout the year that help LMR members stay engaged in the community, continue to develop as leaders and learn more about important issues and trends.
LMR’s Fall Leadership Conference has become one of the region’s must-attend events for community leaders and engaged citizens. Open to the public, the conference hosts some of the nation’s most respected thought-leaders who speak on a range of provocative subjects.
LMR convenes timely forums, workshops and other public sessions that enable LMR members and citizens to participate directly in discussions related to issues of the day.
