Now, more than ever, strong and connected leaders are vital to creating the social impact necessary to ensure the Richmond region continues to be a community of choice in which to live, work, and play. For 30 years, Leadership Metro Richmond members have served as the community connectors and bridge builders.
The Leadership Quest Class will join this group of the Richmond region's most dedicated, focused, and influential servant leaders whose passion for this community provide the catalyst for effective change.

The Experience
Leadership Quest, Leadership Metro Richmond's flagship program, will educate, engage, and connect the region's established and emerging leaders through an innovative program centered on focused examination of the key issues facing our community while developing advanced leadership capacities. You will work hard, learn new perspectives, and create a diverse network of like-minded servant leaders who are shaping the Richmond region's business and community future.
Insightful and engaging, the eight-month program combines retreats, development seminars, and community projects, to create a unique mix of intellectual, professional and personal development sessions designed to broaden the deeper perspective and understanding of the Richmond region and its complex issues.
Additionally, you will have access to LMR’s 1700+ members who serve the region at all levels; from the Governor’s office to grassroots organizations – a network of strong leaders all focused on creating an ideal and thriving community.
Seminar Days ~ 7:30 coffee & conversation, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Opening Retreat ~ Friday @ 1 p.m.- Sunday @ 3:30 p.m.
Midyear Retreat ~ Wednesday @ 8:30 a.m. - Thursday @ Noon
