Dr. Margaret Wheatley, a renowned authority on issues of organizational leadership and community building amid chaotic times.

Her keynote address, “Leadership, Change and the Next Generation of Women” will explore the particular qualities that women bring to leadership, the leadership characteristics that are needed to effect positive change, and how those can be developed in young girls today. 

Afterwards, Ms Wheatley will lead a breakout session for business and community leaders entitled Leading In Turbulent Times: A Conversation With Margaret Wheatley.
