crime statistics are reported in this state. The Greater Richmond Partnership
has agreed to support these efforts.

Evaluated the effectiveness of the South Richmond Health Center (a project
of RUPCI) and prepared a report, which outlined recommendations for the
Center to improve its services.

Conducted a feasibility study, which outlined recommended marketing strategies
for expansion of services by the Meals on Wheels program.

Designed a set of instruments to evaluate benefits of the Stargate program
to participants, their parents and their teachers. Stargate is a cultural
arts program for metro Richmond children ages 6-12 who live in low-to-moderate
income families.

Produced a training video for use by Caritas and its participating congregations
to inform volunteers of policies and procedures.

Researched the development of a coordinated transportation system to serve
the elderly, the disabled and the economically disadvantaged citizens of
the greater Richmond Metropolitan Area who cannot access employment and
essential goods and services with personal or existing public transportation.
