Each year, Leadership Metro Richmond taps the energy and skills of diverse leaders, harnessing their shared passion for improving the quality of life in the Richmond Region.

Since 1981, Leadership Metro Richmond has become synonymous with community leadership development through its program and services designed to improve the Richmond region. 

LMR believes that enduring social change emerges from leadership that is visionary and collaborative. In support of these core belief, LMR offers programs and services designed with to provide busy professionals the leadership and professional development required in today's challenging times.

Leadership Quest

The Leadership Quest program integrates the most pressing community issues with key servant leadership capacities to provide a powerful experience that goes beyond professional development to creating a network of leaders that act as a collective force for social impact that is the hallmark of the organization.
