There are two ways you can help Leadership Metro Richmond achieve its vision of being the trustee of effective community leadership in the Richmond region.
Annual Fund
Our annual fund is the backbone of our operating
budget, with nearly 20 percent raised by the annual phone-a-thon each March.
About 40 percent of the budget is covered by tuition, 15 percent comes
from grants and 20 percent is collected through corporate sponsorships.
LMR’s endowment
supplies about 15 percent.
The annual fund helps pay for the member directory, staff support of member programs and the current class, among other things. Giving levels are as follows:
Cum Laude - $0-$99
Magna Cum Laude - $100-$199
Summa Cum Laude - $200-$499
Valedictorian - $500-$999
Leadership Circle - $1,000 and up

LMR Endowment Fund
The LMR Endowment Fund at The Community
Foundation allows LMR to respond to the most urgent business and community
needs and opportunities by:
- Offering special forums on important community issues
- Increasing services and expertise to area nonprofits
- Providing financial aid to small businesses and nonprofits to participate in our leadership programs
